Payments and Bookings
On this page you will find information about how to pay for wraparound care, nursery hours, clubs, trips and meals.
School Meals
School meals can be booked, and paid for, using the School Grid website. Children in Reception and Years 1 & 2 receive free meals through the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme. Meals for children in Nursery, Year 3 or Year 4 are payable.
Meals should be ordered in advance: you can order meals each week, or even for the whole half-term. Hot and cold meals options, and a vegetarian choice will be available every day. For food allergies or other requirements, please contact the School Office.
School Grid offers the option to pay by card or to arrange a monthly direct debit payment for your child's meals.
Children in Years 3 or 4 whose family are in receipt of certain government support (e.g., Universal Credit) may be eligible to receive free school meals. If you think your child may be able to receive free meals please complete the application here.
Payments
Wraparound care, nursery hours, clubs trips and school milk can all be paid for using Arbor.
The School Office arranges bookings for wraparound care. If you would like to book a place at wraparound care, or need to make changes to an existing booking, please email admin@tannerydrift.herts.sch.uk.
Childcare Vouchers
We are happy to accept childcare vouchers as payment for:
- Breakfast Club
- Stay & Play
- After School Club
- Nursery Additional Hours
We are not able to accept vouchers for school dinner payments, day trips or residential trips.

When making a payment from your childcare voucher provider account please ensure you email the School Office so that we can reconcile your payment. We need to know the exact date the payment was made, the amount to be allocated to each payment (i.e., if you are paying for Breakfast Club and After School Club, or if your payment is for more than one child), as well as the total amount of the payment.
If any of this information is missing we will need to clarify this with you before we can allocate this to your Arbor account.
